How It Works!
​
Every weekend we smoke approximately 200 pounds of USDA Choice Prime Angus brisket and USDA Choice Pork Butts on our pit. After a bath of marinade and dry rub, your meat then spend all day smoking on the pit over the best local Michigan hickory wood. Next we vacuum seal your smoked meats with marinade and put them into our subzero deep freezer. The next available shipping day your frozen smoked meats are placed into one of our specially insulated shipping boxes, packed with ice, and delivered to your doorstep with complete reheating instructions.

Smokeys puts passion and love into every piece of meat that we put on the pit. Our local hickory wood gives our meet a smoke flavor that your taste buds desire. You can see the beautiful mahogany smoke rings in our briskets and pulled pork, indicative of great barbecue. Our Secret Smoked Angus Beef Au Jus marinade and Smoked Brown Sugar and Honey Pork marinade, separate Smokeys barbecue from the competition. Give us a try and you will not be disappointed!
