Smokeys Firehouse BBQ

Is committed to helping raise money to help support firefighters around the United States. Smokeys Firehouse BBQ was founded by retired Fire Chief Walter Culver and his son Firefighter Brian Culver. We put the same amount of passion into smoking our barbecue, as we did helping people on the department. That is why we donate 5% to organizations that help support firefighters.

Our old-school firehouse recipes give Smokeys that delicious unparalleled flavor. Our USDA Choice Prime Angus Beef Briskets and Premium Pork Butts are marinated overnight and then covered in our special dry rubs. Next, Smokeys meats are smoked all day long using only the best locally sourced hickory wood.
